Chief Gecko resembles a smallish red-eyed yellow-and-white palace guard. But don't let its size distract you from its ferocious character. Its pine nut-shaped retractable crown suggests the ornamental crown of a tribal chief of the rainforests, as well as the legendary crown of the umbrella lizard. Chief Gecko intimidates its enemies with the sudden expansion of his head, with the added benefit of its hard bone crown rendering its opponents unable to bite.
